Getting Started
When we first meet, you’ll be asked to review and sign New Hampshire’s required Brokerage Relationship Disclosure Form which explains the difference between a customer and a client. We are happy to discuss this form with you prior to or at our first meeting.
When buying a home you should make a list of the things that are important to you. Next you will want to get a pre-approval letter for a loan. You will now be ready to start searching for your new home!.
